We carefully selected and blended locally sourced Beechworth Berries with our distilled vodka, for an extended month-long maceration to develop a rich strawberry colour and flavour. The result is a luscious aroma of strawberry jam, a deep and intense fruit flavour, and a satisfyingly sweet finish—a true delight for strawberry lovers.
