Parking

There is an accessible space in the car park and a driveway where passengers can be dropped off/picked up. Parking is also available on both sides of Last Street and one side of Williams Street.

Entrance

The main entrance is accessible via a concrete ramp from the front pathway. We encourage all visitors to enter through the main door and be greeted by our Experience Hosts in the Tasting Room and Taproom. If you are dining in the Beer Garden or Speakeasy Bar, we will guide you via accessible pathways and ramps to those spaces.

Tours

If you have mobility needs (or any other needs!) please let us know when you book so we can plan our route. Our tour guides have several different path options up their sleeves so make sure you drop us a line and let us know how we can best help you enjoy our tours.

Tasting Room

We would be delighted to arrange a seated tasting for you. These usually happen at the stand up bar but please don't hesitate to request a table, we just need a little advanced notice so we can set up before you arrive - you can contact us here. The tasting room's lighting is mid-level and

Dining Spaces

The Taproom features bookable booth seating and also a large table with chairs with back support. The Beer Garden features bench seating on outdoor tables; seats with back support can be provided on request. Gas heaters are used in winter, and cool misting in summer. The Speakeasy Bar has lower lighting, low Chesterfield couches and coffee tables; it is not designed for eating a full meal. Highchairs are available in all dining spaces. We play background music at a level that does not interrupt conversation.

Viewing Areas

Visitors can see us at work from the Factory Viewing Deck. Seats are provided with a view of the factory. Visitors are welcome to walk past the distillery and brewery; high benches may mean that these areas are not visible from a seated position.

Rest Rooms

There is an accessible and clear path to the toilets with signage. An accessible toilet is located near the Beer Garden/Factory Viewing Deck and one near the Taproom. Accessible bathrooms have change tables installed as well as grab rails. Doors to the toilets are easy to open. There is appropriate lighting in the restrooms. The basin, soap dispenser and paper towel are installed at an accessible height.
